详情描述
Yantai Kexin Watch Co., Ltd. produces tower clocks with precise timekeeping and zero error, primarily secured by the following technologies:
1. GPS real-time time synchronization, achieving synchronization with satellite standard time, the master control system's master clock has no cumulative error, every second is accurate.
2. Dependable IoT technology and feedback supervision system for the subclocks (large face clocks), ensuring synchronization between the large face clocks and the master clock. The subclocks automatically synchronize with the master clock every 15 seconds. In case of subclock failure, an automatic alert is issued along with a suggested solution.
3. Our self-manufactured movement is the core component of the tower clock, crafted from babbitt bronze for bearings and 45 steel that has undergone rigorous mechanical heat treatment, significantly enhancing the movement's wear resistance. The fully enclosed design ensures minimal maintenance and no need for保养, guaranteeing a lifespan of 50 years.
4. Professional installation staff is the guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment. Our company boasts senior installation technicians and numerous well-trained高空作业 personnel. Our experience is that three parts rely on the equipment, and seven parts rely on the installation. Our extensive network of offices and service centers across the nation truly ensures customers' peace of mind in purchasing and worry-free usage.
5. With years of technical accumulation, our company is capable of repairing tower clocks from all brands across the country. To assure our customers of their choice, we promise a 5-year warranty free of charge on all repairs.
Tower Clock Grand Clock Production and Installation Process:
Estimated Project Duration: [Number] calendar days
Including: Manufacturing lead time: 20 days
Transportation & Installation Lead Time: 10 days
I. Production, guaranteed manufacturing schedule
1. As per the signed contract. The day after the contract is signed, the company will issue production plans to all production departments (each production workshop, technical department, logistics center). The plans will clearly specify the size, color, features, and shipment time for each clock. A detailed "Material Requirement Sheet" will also be attached.
2. The technical department is responsible for determining the technical solution based on the specific requirements of the bid document from Party A, and providing it to the production workshop for production. The logistics center, based on the "Material Requirement Sheet" and current inventory, drafts a detailed "Procurement Plan." This plan is then issued to: electronic component procurement officer, outsourced procurement officer, and bulk material procurement officer. The required approximate funds are also notified to the finance department.
3. Begin procuring various materials starting from the second day, with priority given to the urgent supplies needed for production.
4. The company's existing stock of materials and spare parts, such as control systems and cores, will be immediately put into production as per contract requirements. The basic manufacturing of control systems and cores will be completed within the 3rd to 13th day. Subsequently, they will gradually move into the debugging and trial operation processes.
5. The clock face production should be basically completed between the 3rd and 13th day (外观 components do not require adjustment).
6. By the 8th to 11th day, all packaging materials will be in place, and the wooden boxes for packaging will be completed.
7. All debugging must be completed within the 18th day, followed by inspection prior to packaging and filling out various documentation and forms for packaging purposes.
8. All packaging is completed by the 19th day.
9. Notify Party A of the readiness for shipment, and confirm with Party A the specific unloading location and installation time.
10. The installation personnel will arrive at the installation site ahead of the agreed time by both parties to prepare for the installation. The following day, they will inspect the goods together with Party A and begin the installation.
Section II: Clock Equipment Transportation and Installation Plan:
Packing, Shipment, and Transportation Plan
1. In terms of packaging, for general control instruments and computer accessories, we use cardboard boxes, lined with shock-absorbent foam and moisture-proof plastic bags. For clock faces, valuable items (such as control boxes, clock hands, and dials), and goods weighing over 20 kg, we add an outer wooden crate (constructed from high-quality plywood). Similarly, shock-absorbent foam is placed between the wooden and cardboard boxes. All packaging is neat, attractive, and reliable, loaded onto trucks according to road transportation requirements to ensure the goods arrive at the destination intact.
Each packaging box includes a detailed product packing list, factory certification of conformity, quality inspection certificate, manual, etc. The boxes are sealed after being inspected and approved by the inspector.
Each packaging box is imprinted with the shipper, departure station, consignee, destination station, product name, gross/net weight, total number of pieces in this shipment, contract number, etc. Additionally, it features the "Three Protection" logo.
4. Regarding transportation, for this batch of *** equipment, we will select the most suitable transportation method, such as road or rail, based on the installation location of the tower clock project and the requirements for equipment transportation security. We guarantee the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of the goods to the destination. Any losses due to loss or damage will be borne by us. Within 48 hours prior to the shipment of the equipment, we will send the recipient a fax with details including the station name for installation, quantity, estimated installation date, contract number, material name, quantity, gross weight, volume, amount, name of the transportation vehicle, and the equipment shipment schedule.
5. Arrival Inspection and Handover
Upon arrival at the buyer's destination, our project manager and the buyer's representative will jointly inspect the goods in accordance with the contract. The inspection scope includes the quantity, specifications, model, quality, and performance parameters of the equipment. Both parties will sign and seal the delivery (receiving) slip, which serves as a crucial basis for operational handover. If any goods do not meet the buyer's requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse acceptance or request a replacement, with all associated costs borne by our company.
(II) On-site Inspection and Installation Entry
1. On-site Installation Inspection
1) Upon arrival at the site, the installation personnel, together with the recipient, will inspect the quantity of packaging boxes and check for any damage or missing items, as per the "Shipment Registration Form."
2) Inspect the goods inside the packaging boxes together with the buyer, checking off each item as listed on the packing list.
3) Briefly describe the name, quantity, usage, and storage requirements of various goods for the recipient, so they can provide a safe storage location.
2. Installation On-Site
1) All goods shall enter the site, arrive at the designated location, and be agreed upon with Party A for storage prior to installation, ensuring a safe storage area for uninstalled goods, based on the installation schedule as per the contract or mutually determined by both parties.
2) Collaborate with the buyer to determine installation conditions and make necessary modifications to any conditions that do not meet requirements, ensuring a safe and smooth installation.
3) Inform the buyer of the approximate time for inspection to allow preparation.
(3) Clock Equipment Installation
Equipment Installation Steps:
Assemble the clock face on the corresponding work surface.
2. Rent suitable lifting equipment and employ the whole-set lifting method to weld or bolt the steel frame of the large bell with the reserved iron components of the bell tower.
