Project Overview
Hospitals are large and unique public spaces, where people gather in relative density. They can be equipped with a complete intelligent broadcasting system, including emergency broadcasting equipment. This intelligent broadcasting system allows for simultaneous playback of different background music and announcements across various zones, achieving high-quality effects in functions such as paging for individuals, and releasing voice broadcasting information. It also enables scheduled playback of background music, business announcements, emergency broadcasts, as well as scheduled on/off for system power equipment, meeting the requirements for a fully intelligent broadcasting system.
Campus Auto-Play Feature
The broadcast system is utilized to automatically play common music such as time-telling music and soft background music. According to the hospital's "Routines Schedule," daily automatic playlists are arranged. The master control management computer automatically powers on and off, defaulting to execute the day's playlist for sequential automatic playback, achieving unattended operation. Additionally, it should be equipped with fire linkage alarm functionality to promptly evacuate personnel and ensure the personal safety of staff on duty.
Hospital Floor or Functional Zones
In response to hospital announcements, the entire campus is divided into floor zones for management, allowing for both overall hospital broadcasting and targeted play to individual or multiple floor combinations. This feature is divided into manual and automatic sections. The automatic mode utilizes the master control management software system to play hospital common music automatically to individual areas, combined areas, and the entire hospital. The manual mode enables the hospital to manually control broadcasting to individual areas, combined areas, or the entire campus as needed (such as announcements, meetings, speeches, etc.). The intelligent main unit, which varies in zones, can be 20-zone, 40-zone, 64-zone, 250-zone, or 10,000-zone intelligent main units, and can be selected according to actual circumstances.
Division Control Center
The control center can be located in an office within the office building, equipped with broadcast software and paging microphones. Functions such as scheduled point editing, file addition/removal, and zoned paging can be achieved within the control center.
Emergency Broadcast - Adjacent Floor Alarm
Each functional area constitutes a broadcast zone, capable of playing background music or paging independently. The master unit can receive alarm signals from the fire control center. In the event of an emergency on a specific floor in a hospital, the alarm signal activates the intelligent public address system, forcing the corresponding work area into an emergency broadcast mode. The emergency broadcast can be limited to the accident area or extended to several neighboring zones (configurable). The inter-floor alarm function prevents secondary accidents such as overcrowding and trampling, and promptly implements effective measures for the control of emergency situations, aiming to minimize the loss of life and property caused by accidents.
