Diesel Generator Safety Operating Procedures
(One) Automatic Status
Maintain the battery pack to reach the starting voltage for the starter motor.
Maintain the radiator coolant level at normal, keep the recirculating water valve open.
The crankcase oil level is maintained within ±2cm of the oil scale markings.
The fuel tank is over half full, and the fuel supply valve is kept open.
5. The "Run - Stop - Automatic" switch for the generator control panel is set to the "Automatic" position.
Unit power distribution panel's mode switch is in the "Automatic" position.
7. The radiator fan switch is set to the "Automatic" position. 8. Upon receiving a signal of power failure from the municipal power supply, the unit activates. After confirming the power failure, the switch of the converter cabinet's municipal power supply is turned off, the generator switch of the converter cabinet is turned on, and the intake and exhaust fans of the machine room are started.
