The Power Generator After-Sales Service Department is a professional service division dedicated to providing after-sales and pre-sales services to end-users of diesel generator sets.
2. All generators purchased will be covered under our service responsibility indefinitely. The warranty period begins on the day of completion of debugging and delivery to the user. The warranty period is 1 year (or as specified in the contract). If the user does not use the generator for other reasons upon arrival, the warranty period starts from the date of arrival. However, the user must follow the storage and maintenance requirements for diesel generators proposed by our service department.
3. In the event of a diesel generator set failure due to equipment quality issues during normal use, customers can report for repair and claim to our after-sales service department. We will compensate for the damaged parts according to the relevant claim procedures without any additional fees.
4. In addition to the maintenance mentioned within the warranty period, users can also apply to have our service department perform regular maintenance in the future. Upon receiving the application and delegation, we provide the user with a maintenance agreement to be confirmed by both parties. Users only need to pay for the cost to receive regular maintenance and service from our department. In the event of equipment failure, our company will send personnel to carry out repairs. Only the cost of the damaged components and basic service fees (including travel and accommodation expenses as well as labor costs) will be charged during repairs.
