Prior to each equipment use, first open the three-way ball valve to connect the water source, then connect the power to the rear of the equipment before proceeding with the water production operation. Since the booster pump must operate while water is flowing, operating it without water can cause it to run dry and be damaged.
2. The equipment should be powered on for 10 minutes daily, with water and electricity supplied to run a flush cycle. This ensures the equipment operates and releases any accumulated stale water inside, preventing microbial contamination of the filter core and maintaining the effectiveness of the equipment and filter. When the pure water is not in use for extended periods, the entire reverse osmosis pure water in the pressure tank should be drained.
To prevent contamination.
3. Before each water intake, release some water to prevent tap water from remaining stagnant in the pipeline for too long, which could allow rust and other impurities to enter the primary filtration system, clogging the filter cores and reducing their lifespan.
4. Equipment should be operated in a well-ventilated and dry environment, and avoid severe vibrations during transportation.
