The integrated wastewater treatment equipment consists of two parts: one is a reinforced concrete structure pond, and the other is a steel structure pond. The reinforced concrete pond is buried underground, while the steel structure pond can also be buried underground. The equipment company provides the design plans for the steel structure pond and its foundation. The excavation width around the equipment must be at least 600mm wider than the equipment's flat dimensions.
The steel structure tank must be lifted into place using a crane according to the installation diagram. The installation must be carried out under the guidance of the technical staff from the equipment company, ensuring the tank's position and orientation are correct. The equipment company will then be responsible for connecting the pipes between the tanks.
After installation, the equipment must be filled with water, and all pipeline interfaces should be tested for leaks before filling the surrounding soil and gaps, and leveling the ground. Connect the control cables of the electrical control cabinet to the equipment, and connect the electrical control cabinet to the power source. Pay attention to the direction of the fans and water pumps when wiring.
The equipment must ensure no water accumulation on the ground after installation; heavy loads should not be placed on top of the steel structure tank; the equipment should generally not be pumped out internally to prevent groundwater from lifting the equipment.
