1. Overview of Application
Widely used in research and application fields such as biochemical, chemical pharmaceutical, medical health, agricultural research, and environmental protection, for powder drying, baking, and sterilization of various glass containers. Particularly suitable for rapid and efficient drying of heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, oxidizable substances, and complex composition items.
2. Advantages of Vacuum Drying Technology:
The vacuum environment significantly lowers the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be evaporated, thus vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive materials.
For samples that are difficult to dry, such as powders or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.
Complexly constructed mechanical parts or other porous samples are cleaned and then dried using vacuum drying methods, leaving no trace of any substance involved after complete drying.
Utilize enhanced safety – completely eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion upon heating in vacuum or inert conditions.
Compared to conventional drying that relies on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by the flowing air.

Vacuum Level Control
The digital vacuum gauge automatically controls the vacuum level, providing you with more precise and effective vacuum control. Vacuum levels can be conveniently controlled via the panel, allowing for easy adjustment between any two points or areas within the range of 1.0×10 to 1.0×10^5 (Pa), with a control accuracy of ±1%. The gauge employs a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor to ensure stable pressure readings, offering you more precise and effective vacuum control.
The heating element is located on the internal partition inside the box, reducing the heating time by 50% compared to traditional vacuum dryers (except for models 6050, 6050B, and 6051).
Aluminum shelf, formed by special stamping technology, boasts non-oxidation at high temperatures and fast heat conduction. Minimizes heat loss to the maximum extent.
Rectangular workshop design for maximum usable volume, featuring a microcomputer temperature controller with precise and reliable temperature control.
Tempered, bulletproof double-layer glass door for observation of the workshop interior, providing a clear view and allowing inert gas to be filled inside.
The tightness of the lid closure in each box can be freely adjusted by the user. The fully molded silicone door seal ensures high vacuum inside the box.
