1. Inner Shell Structure: The inner shell features a streamlined curved design for easy cleaning.
2. Heating Tube: Features a SUS304 stainless steel seamless heating tube, Φ15mm, mounted on the outer walls of the inner tank for even heating. Heat can radiate into the interior, ensuring a uniform and stable temperature after stabilization.
3. Temperature Control System: The machine features a microcomputer single-chip design for temperature control, timing, PID automatic temperature adjustment, and over-temperature alarm.
4. Temperature Sensor: Type K Thermocouple Temperature Sensor.
5. Inner Shell: Made of 304 stainless steel with full circumference argon welding, cleaned with alkaline soda ash water after electroplating to effectively prevent dust generation, and reinforced with high-strength ribs to prevent vacuum leakage and deformation; semi-circular corner design for easier cleaning.
6. Exterior Case: Cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic paint treatment, featuring rust and static electricity resistance, aesthetic and easy-to-clean design. The bottom of the case is equipped with lockable casters, lockable, and mobile.
