The C intake port is equipped with an efficient air filter, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.998% for particles with a diameter of 0.3u m or larger.

Door Temperature Heating System

The CO2 incubator is equipped with a heating feature for the box door, which effectively raises the temperature of the inner glass. This prevents condensation on the glass door, minimizing the risk of microbial contamination due to condensation on the glass.

Faster CO2 concentration recovery rate ("II" type features this function)

Infrared sensors are ideal for monitoring CO2 concentration without being affected by temperature and humidity. During experiments where the box door needs to be frequently opened, infrared sensors are the best choice. If the door is opened for 30 seconds and then closed, it can recover to the set temperature of 37℃ within less than 10 minutes and to the set CO2 concentration of 5% within less than 5 minutes, even when multiple people are using the box and the door is frequently opened and closed, it still maintains a stable and uniform CO2 concentration inside.

Equipped with a special secondary pressure reducing valve for CO2 incubator, effectively ensuring intake pressure.

Ultraviolet Sterilization System

The UV sterilization lamp is located at the top of the box and can be used to regularly disinfect the interior of the box, effectively eliminating airborne bacteria in the circulating air and steam from the humidifying disk, thereby effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.

Overheating triggers automatic shutdown and audible/visual alarms to alert the operator. Ensures safe experimental operation without accidents. (Optional)

Equipped with USB or RS485 interface, capable of connecting to printers or computers, and able to record changes in temperature parameters. (Optional)

Gas-tight CO2 Incubator

The heating system heats the internal gas directly with a heater inside the box, offering quick heating and is beneficial for short-term cultivation and for cultures that require frequent opening and closing of the box door.

Water Jacketed CO2 Incubator

Maintained at a constant temperature by enclosing the internal stainless steel box within an independent hot water compartment.

*Due to water being an insulating material, the water jacketed CO2 incubator can maintain the accuracy and stability of the internal temperature for a longer period during power outages.
