Structure:

The machine is primarily composed of drive components, gearboxes, main shafts, driven shafts, mechanical seals, and casings, among other parts.

Drive components rotate the driven shaft, which in turn powers the driven shaft through precise gears, causing the milling cutters fixed to both shafts to rotate in reverse.

The pipe crusher flanges are all manufactured according to the standard JB/T81-94, PN0.25MPa, with manual control as the conventional setting; they can be controlled intermittently by a time relay; they are compatible with PLC interfaces; and they can be controlled fully automatically. When placing an order, please provide the user with the operating environment, water flow rate, and working water level height; it is not specified that the electrical control box is for conventional control; if there are special requirements, please specify separately. The crushing machine motor is an IP67/IP68 motor, which can operate normally both in water and in the air. If a standard motor is to be used, please note that it is for waterproofing prevention.
