Upon unboxing, first check if the user manual for the gas solenoid cutoff valve, the factory certification of conformity, and the packing list are complete. Then, verify that the product name and model on the list match the label, and ensure they correspond to the purchase order. In case of any discrepancies or missing items, promptly contact the manufacturer to seek a resolution.
In the event of a malfunction in the gas solenoid cutoff valve, it is recommended to install a bypass (shunt) device for timely isolation and ease of maintenance.
Before installation, thoroughly blow out the gas bags and pipelines to prevent foreign objects from damaging the diaphragm, which could cause the solenoid valve to malfunction.
4. The correct installation method for the gas solenoid shut-off valve is to position it vertically on the horizontal pipeline with the coil facing upwards. In cases where this is not possible, a ±30° tilt is permissible. Otherwise, normal operation cannot be guaranteed.
In hazardous environments, to prevent explosions or accidents caused by electrical sparks, explosion-proof electromagnetic valves should be used.
6. The arrow on the high-pressure solenoid valve body should align with the flow direction of the medium.
