Installation Method

This series of DC charging stations is designed for vertical installation.

Please follow the steps below for installation, based on our foundation plan:

1) Manufacture concrete bases with pre-installed 4 bolts and a charging桩 inlet at the center of the base; the inlet and bolts are positioned relative to the base.

Refer to the illustration below.

2) Once the cement base is ready, thread the pre-installed charging桩's power line through the bracket base, tighten the base screws, and secure the桩 to the cement base.

2. Pre-use Safety Inspection

1) Ensure the product is free from scratches, rust, and deformation.

2) Ensure the power outlets are safe and that there are no foreign objects left in the charging plug and vehicle-side charging outlets.

3) If there are any issues such as shell damage or exposed cable on the charging cable or charger head, please do not continue to use it.

4) Keep the charging gun plug dry; if there is water accumulation, please wipe the water from the charging plug with a dry and clean cloth while the entire桩体 is disconnected from power.
