Simultaneously, an electrical fire monitoring device is set up. The charging loop uses three-phase power supply, with the incoming line equipped with an AC plastic case circuit breaker. The three-phase main loop is configured with a residual current relay to provide electric shock protection against indirect contact. Due to the high power consumption of such charging stations, it is recommended to install a track-type electric energy meter in the three-phase AC loop for total energy measurement, complemented by a DC electric energy meter to monitor the overall operational efficiency of the charging station. The charging management controller is responsible for the external human-machine interface, charging control, reading the DC electric energy meter's power data, and controlling the opening and closing of the DC charging output circuit breaker.

Unauthorized operation may cause damage, leakage, or electrical hazards.5Prohibit the removal of the charger during charging to ensure personal and vehicle safety throughout the charging process.6In case of any abnormal conditions during use, immediately press the emergency stop button to cut off all input/output power supplies.7Please exercise caution when charging during rainy and thunderstorms.8Children should not approach or use the charging station while it is charging to avoid injury.9During charging, the vehicle is prohibited from driving; charging can only be performed when stationary. For hybrid electric vehicles, please turn off the engine before charging.
