Key Construction Techniques for Aluminum Alloy Bridge Beams

11. Linear segments of pallets and trolleys should be equipped with adjustable joints made of telescoping connection plates at appropriate intervals. The permissible spacing value should be determined based on the temperature difference of the program environment.

Shanxi aluminum alloy bridge trims with spray or paint protective coatings should be repaired with appropriate anticorrosive coatings or paint after cutting and drilling. Trims with an anodized surface do not require repair.

For Shanxi aluminum alloy bridge beams installed with steel support hangers or secured with steel accessories, the bridge beam can be directly in contact with the aluminum alloy bridge beam when the surface of the steel component is hot-dipped galvanized. However, when the surface is coated with powder coating paint, a PVC isolation should be used between the contact with the aluminum alloy bridge beam.

14. The fixation of the straight sections of trolleys and ladder racks on the support brackets should comply with the following requirements:

Between adjacent expansion joints, the tray and ladder are fixed to the support hanger with fixed clamping pieces.

2) Guide components should be used to constrain the lateral position of the trays and ladders on the remaining supporting brackets, allowing them to extend and retract longitudinally along both sides from the fixed points.

Do not tighten the connecting bolts between the telescopic connection plate and the tray, ladder frame side during installation to accommodate the longitudinal expansion of the tray and ladder frame.
