Cloud-based intelligent monitoring system
The remote intelligent monitoring platform allows for real-time remote control of the liquid level in the regulating pool, system vacuum degree, and storage gas pressure values. It also monitors the water storage room's liquid level status and the system's status in real-time. It achieves full-process monitoring of the flushing process. With internet access, both computer and mobile devices can check the monitoring in real-time, and alarm information is pushed to the manager's phone.

The vacuum flushing unit is a complete flushing system, comprising a storage tank, vacuum diaphragm valve, level sensor, vacuum pump, and an electric control system.
The vacuum flushing system extracts air from the storage chamber using a vacuum valve, creating a certain vacuum level. This, combined with the pressure inside the regulating pond, raises the liquid level in the storage chamber to the set level. When the regulating pond requires flushing, the diaphragm valve at the upper part of the storage chamber is opened, breaking the vacuum, and instantly releasing the stored water. The water喷射 from the bottom possesses significant kinetic energy, forming a powerful, sweeping jet that picks up the sediment at the bottom of the pond and flushes it into the collection channel at the end of the rainwater regulating pond, which is then pumped out of the pond.
Vacuum flushing equipment, powered by the vacuum pump's vacuum suction, requires external water supply. The vacuum pump controls a system that can manage multiple vacuum valves, featuring low energy consumption and stable operation.

Work Process
After the rainwater storage and receiving pond is filled, the level signal triggers the vacuum pump to start operating, creating a certain vacuum degree in the storage chamber. As water fills the chamber to the set level, the vacuum diaphragm valve closes, and the bottom water seal maintains this level.
Following the end of rainfall, the drainage pump is activated, and as the liquid level inside the pool drops to the set height, the vacuum diaphragm valve at the *section of the water storage chamber opens sequentially, breaking the vacuum and instantly releasing the stored water to flush the pool bottom. The inlet gate returns to its state during non-rainfall periods.
