Cloud-based intelligent monitoring system
The remote intelligent monitoring platform allows for remote control of the reservoir level, system vacuum degree, and storage gas pressure values. It monitors the water chamber level status and the real-time system status. It achieves full-process monitoring of the flushing process. Real-time monitoring can be accessed on both computer and mobile devices with internet access, and alarm information is pushed to the manager's phone.

The vacuum flushing unit is a complete flushing system, consisting of a water storage chamber, vacuum diaphragm valve, level sensor, vacuum pump, and electrical control system.
The vacuum flushing system evacuates air from the storage chamber using a vacuum valve, creating a certain vacuum level. Due to the pressure difference between the regulating tank and the storage chamber, the liquid level in the storage chamber rises to the set level. When the regulating tank requires flushing, the diaphragm valve at the storage chamber's top is opened, breaking the vacuum, instantly releasing the stored water. The water喷射 from the bottom possesses significant kinetic energy, forming a powerful, sweeping jet that picks up sediment at the bottom of the tank and flushes it into the collection channel at the end of the rainwater regulating tank, which is then pumped out of the tank.
Vacuum flushing units, powered by the vacuum pump's suction, require external water supply. The vacuum pump is controlled, allowing a single system to manage multiple vacuum valves, featuring low energy consumption and stable operation.

Work Process
After the rainwater retention receiving pond is filled, the level signal triggers the vacuum pump to start, creating a certain vacuum degree in the storage chamber. The vacuum diaphragm valve closes when the water in the storage chamber reaches the set level, with the bottom water seal maintaining that level.
Following the end of rainfall, the drainage pump is activated. As the liquid level in the pool drops to the set height, the vacuum diaphragm valve in the* storage chamber opens sequentially, breaking the vacuum and instantly releasing the stored water, completing the flushing of the pool bottom. The inlet gate returns to its non-rainfall state.
