    High modulus polypropylene HMPP wrapping station material is a plastic material currently used for buried drainage and sewage, and is one of the more ideal materials for wastewater systems on the market. This material has a yield strength of over 30MPA and an elastic modulus of ≥1500MPa, while HDPE has an elastic modulus of only 800MPa. The elastic modulus of the material plays a decisive role in the hoop stiffness of the products produced; the higher the elastic modulus, the higher the hoop stiffness of the product.HighHigh Modulus Polypropylene (HMPP) is used for the cylinder material due to its combination of high crystallinity, high modulus, temperature resistance, chemical stability, as well as excellent toughness and high impact resistance.     Product is based on the material characteristics

    1. Temperature Resistance: HMPP has a temperature range of -20 to 90°C, outperforming HDPE in high-temperature conditions.

    2. Corrosion Resistance: HMPP can withstand over 300 types of chemical corrosion, outperforming HDPE (refer to ISO/TR 10358).

    3. Wear and Corrosion Resistance: HMPP > HDPE > PVC

    4. Excellent hydraulic conditions: The inner wall roughness is 1/1000th of that of cement pipes, with a flow capacity 1.3 times that of cement conduits.

    5. This material boasts a long-lasting performance, with feedback from the European market suggesting an expected lifespan of over.

    Structure and appearance

    Color: Grey, with the option to add an orange signal layer on the inner wall as required.

    Structure: Composed of a socket, plug, ribbed tube (support basket + covering), and base plate, with vertical stripes on the surface perpendicular to the tube's central axis.

    Production Process

    The HMPP Wrapped Structure Wall Pump Station is produced using a secondary wrapping molding technique, which differs from the single wrapping molding technology of the KRAHNE pipe currently on the market. This involves wrapping the base and ribbed pipes onto the mold in one go. The drawback is that there is internal stress in the pipe material, with significant deformation of the ribs and uneven wall heights.

    Secondary winding molding refers to the process of wrapping the base and ribbed pipes in two layers. First, the base layer is wrapped, followed by a thorough wind cooling process. The crystallization of the base material is completed, and the internal stress is fully released. Then, the base surface is heated for ribbing wrapping. In one-time winding molding pipes, internal stress exists, with a significant deformation of the ribs and uneven profile.

    Due to the direct proportionality between hoop stiffness and moment of inertia, pipes of the same specifications will have a hoop stiffness approximately 15%-33% higher in the double-winding box production process compared to the single-winding process. In terms of cost, the HMPP-wound pump stations are even lower than the HDPE-wound pump station model B, offering a better cost-performance ratio.
