Project Background

Yingzhou District, under the jurisdiction of Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located in the northwestern part of Anhui Province, north of the Huai River. It is the seat of the Fuyang Municipal Committee and Government, with a total area of 623 square kilometers. Yingzhou is a livable city, with the Huai River, Ying River, Quan River, and other rivers crisscrossing, forming the "Three Rivers Running Through Yingzhou."

The Myuan-HMPP integrated precast pumping station serves as the flagship product for a one-stop drainage solution using genuine environmentally-friendly materials. Made from high-modulus polypropylene imported with eco-friendly raw materials, it rejects recycled materials. It is recyclable and, when landfilled, does not pollute the surrounding soil. The "double-winding" cylinder forming technology significantly enhances the cylinder's strength.

The Yingzhou integrated HMPP pump station project has adopted a location-specific treatment process, considering comprehensive factors such as wastewater discharge and surrounding environment, to produce an appropriate treatment volume. The project is equipped with a high-strength polypropylene HMPP cylinder with a size of Φ2.0*4.8m, featuring a three-layer structure with an intermediate reinforced layer with a thickness of ≥50mm. High-efficiency, energy-saving pumps are used, paired with static pressure level gauges to control the start and stop of each pump, ensuring a rational and efficient use of electricity. Additionally, a high-strength crushing grate machine and the Myuan-iBZ-K pump station intelligent control system (which enables pump rotation and operational status monitoring) are also provided.

Basic Equipment Installation Steps:

The pump station has been installed and, after adjustments, is now operating smoothly. The surrounding landscaping will also be restored to its original condition.
