详情描述
Soft white powder, highly alkaline, strong hygroscopic properties, density 2.24, apparent density 0.45-0.60, soluble in acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, corrosive, and highly hygroscopic.
Primary control indicators:
Project | Index |
Calcium Oxide Content % | ≥90.0 |
Iron content (as Fe) % ≤ | 0.1 |
Magnesium oxide content (based on MgO) % ≤ | 1 |
Magnesium and alkali metal content, % | ≤2.0 |
Insoluble matter in hydrochloric acid, % ≤ | ≤1.0 |
Application and Points:
The product is widely used in wastewater treatment, acid water treatment, flue gas desulfurization, garbage incineration, and other fields; it can effectively remove phosphates, sulfates, and fluoride ions, etc., and its coagulation and decolorization effects are superior to sodium hydroxide solutions. Compared to sodium hydroxide solutions, it is more cost-effective. The application of calcium hydroxide
Primary Industry Applications:
1. Boiler Feed Water Treatment. Primarily for softening and silicon removal.
2. Industrial Wastewater Treatment: Water heavily contaminated by particles, acidic substances, heavy metals, and pollutants that can react with strong alkalis or are easily adsorbed, typically treated with lime.
3. Industrial Wastewater Recycling. Pollutants in light industry, chemical, and food industry wastewater are often complex, requiring classified treatment and posing greater challenges for recycling. Large quantities of water used in power, metallurgy, machinery, oil, mining, and electronics industries are for cooling or washing, with pollutants generally being concentrates or carryovers. Purification can be achieved if pollutants are particulate matter through coagulation and clarification. However, pollutants are not always a single substance and often accompany soluble contaminants. Lime treatment can enhance efficiency, preventing cumulative increases in the recycling process.
4. pH Adjustment for Potable Water Treatment. If the potable water source is contaminated or for other reasons, causing the pH value to drop below 7 and become acidic, lime addition can be used to adjust the pH.
