Combination stainless steel firewater tanks are easy to install, typically achieved through the following seven steps: Based on the specifications and model of the water tank, we design, cut, apply film, press, reshape, and align before dispatching. Installation steps for the combined stainless steel firewater tank are as follows: Welded base frame: Determine the spacing of the channel steel based on the specifications of the water tank plate. First, spot-weld the channel steel and secure it. Use a level to calibrate and ensure it's level before welding. 2. Fixed Base Plate: Weld the qualified water tank bottom plate to the bottom flange of the channel steel and secure it in the middle of the base frame. 3. Side Panel Mounting: Sequentially spot-weld the qualified water tank clamping plates onto the bottom of the tank. After each plate is securely mounted, use a level and plumb bob to check for verticality, then proceed to spot-weld the next plate, continuing until all side panels are fully spot-welded. 4. Secure the lid, fasten the qualified water tank lid to the side panel. Add a vertical column between the center of the lid and the bottom of the tank to ensure the overall levelness of the lid. 5. Install accessories by securing the inner support rod according to the tank's structure, and install both inner and outer ladders. 6. Drilling should be according to the specifications of parts and pipes shown in the engineering drawings. Spot-weld each short pipe of the stamped flange. The horizontal and vertical alignment of the flange should meet the requirements. 7. The overall welding of the water tank should be conducted without any defects such as slag holes, gas pockets, or inclusions in the welds. After installation, a seal function test must be conducted. After welding, all welding positions on the water tank should be wiped dry with a dry, pure cotton towel. Then, water should be introduced to the marked capacity. After allowing it to stand for 24 hours, all welding positions should be cleaned with a dry, pure cotton towel.
