Cleanroom interior decoration: Windows and interior walls should be straight, and the structure must fully consider the sealing of air and moisture to prevent contamination particles from seeping in from the outside. Prevent condensation due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cleanroom. All gaps between doors, windows, and partitions in rooms of different cleanliness levels must be sealed. Dust generation during construction should be controlled, especially in concealed spaces like suspended ceilings and inner walls, which must be swept at all times. Precautions for decoration construction: Before laying the boards, they should be sorted. Remove impurities cleanly before embedding to keep the surface dry. The equipment entry should be sealed at all times to prevent debris from entering. The construction site should ensure good ventilation and lighting.

Before sealing adhesive is embedded, impurities and oil stains should be thoroughly removed from the base channel and the surface should be kept dry. Dust-free workshop temporary equipment entrances should be sealed when not in use to prevent dust and debris from entering. The design of the dust-free workshop must comply with the requirements of the production process. Regardless of the upstream or downstream process, the transportation distance between them should be short, and detours and round-trip transportation should be avoided as much as possible. Generally, when gypsum board is needed in a dust-free workshop, it must be waterproof gypsum board. For Class 10,000 cleanrooms, this is standard. However, for biological dust-free workshops, due to frequent water wiping and disinfectant flushing, even waterproof gypsum board can become damp and distorted, making it unsuitable for washing. Therefore, it is stipulated that biological dust-free workshops should not use gypsum board as cladding material.
