Product Details

As coal mines are dug deeper, geological conditions become increasingly complex, construction conditions worsen, and the transportation costs of equipment and materials rise. Using long-distance conveyance to achieve shotcrete for tunnel support will significantly reduce labor and time costs during construction.

The PYS7IL-J type mining long-distance concrete sprayer operates on a rotor principle, featuring full hydraulic control. By enhancing lubrication of the friction plate and hydraulic clamping, it improves sealing performance and reduces waste of air volume, achieving long-distance concrete spraying. This alleviates the labor intensity for workers and, at the same time, the dust control system effectively lowers the dust concentration at the spraying site. It boasts advantages such as quick operation for on-site staff, minimal wear on moving parts, high degree of automation, and low operating costs.

1. Infinite adjustment of concrete jet volume for long-distance concrete spraying operations.
