Purpose
Turbine exhaust silencers are suitable for back-pressure, extraction back-pressure, pure condensing, extraction condensing, and industrial traction steam turbines. This model not only provides noise reduction capabilities but also ensures that the steam turbine pressure does not increase during operation.
Section II: Muffler Principle
Turbine exhaust silencers are manufactured based on the principle of through-hole rhombic sound flow attenuation. The silencing inlet pipe holes are of through-hole type, with perforated plates serving as resistive sound screens. The sound screens have a flow-through structure, utilizing the sound absorption of rhombic bends and the thickness variation of the channel sound absorption layer to enhance the attenuation performance. They not only achieve high noise reduction but also have a wide frequency bandwidth, low air flow resistance, ensuring effective noise attenuation without increasing the turbine back pressure.
Section 3: Silencer Ordering and Selection
When ordering this type of muffler, the following information must be provided:
(1) Discharge amount (T/h), pressure, temperature.
(2) Turbine Model
(3) Steam pipe outer diameter, wall thickness.
Section 4: Specifications and Models

Table models are selected based on intake and displacement for ordering. Please specify the displacement accurately, as there may be instances of pipe reduction and expansion in various exhaust systems.
