One. Exhaust valve muffler structural type
The blast gas silencer for blast furnace is manufactured with a combined structure. To prevent clogging, it features a layer of perforated noise reduction and surround noise reduction devices with resistive sheet design. The internal silencer is equipped with blowing dust cleaning measures. It is installed with blowing equipment, manhole, and acoustic structures that can be flexibly replaced. The entire series is compatible with different specifications of gas pressure-reducing valves.
Section 2: Application Range of Exhaust Muffler for Relief Valves
The exhaust gas muffler for gas relief valves is mainly used to control the airflow noise generated by the pressure-reducing valve assembly in the dust removal fan of the blast furnace gas.
Gas Flow Rate: 200,000 to 700,000 m³/h; Applicable Pressure: 0.01 to 0.013 MPa.
