A target device used to detect the impurity content of steam, it is an essential equipment for the blowing pipe cleaning process and is used together with the blowing pipe silencer.
Section II: Targeting Device Structure
1. Direct shaft target holder: This direct shaft target holder uses a removable flange for the removal and replacement of aluminum target plates.
2. Pivot Plate Gun: The pivot plate gun can be installed horizontally. The advantages of the pivot plate gun include easy target plate replacement and the ability to freely control the test target time, catering to both pressure stabilization blow pipes and pressure reduction blow pipes.
Section 3: Target Board Component Selection
1. Target Plate: Aluminum target plates are commonly used. The main steam target plate typically has a width of 25-35mm, with the length being determined by the inner diameter of the blowing pipe, and a thickness of 6-10mm.
2. Target Plate Axis: The axis of the target plate mechanism must withstand high impact without cracking or deformation, and its strength must not be compromised by vibration during use, affecting the target plate. Therefore, the standard cannot be below 50# steel, or a high-hardness 2Cr13 stainless steel should be used, with an axis diameter of not less than 50mm.
