The Deaerator's Features
Not only can it remove dissolved oxygen from the boiler feed water, but it can also eliminate corrosive gases such as free CO2, NH3, and H2S in the water.
Deoxygenated water does not increase salt content or other impurities.
High oxygen removal efficiency with effective filling material; water can be supplied at room temperature.
Water temperature remains within the specified oxygen content requirements even at normal room temperatures.
Oxygen Scavenger Classification
The deaerator is mainly composed of two major components: the deaerator tower head and the deaerator tank, along with connecting and external parts. Its main component, the deaerator (deaerator tower head), consists of the outer shell, steam-water separator, novel rotating film separator (film tube), watering grate, and heat storage filling liquid-vapor grid, among other parts.
