Applicable for: boiler maintenance pipeline blowing debris,配套silt collector, manufacturing steam mufflers, fan mufflers, etc. for noise treatment
Purpose and Product Features:
Pipe sweep mufflers are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the boiler steam emissions and other gas exhaust silencing in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles.
Pipe sweep silencers are devices that block sound transmission while allowing air flow; they are an essential measure for eliminating dynamic noise during steam emissions. In assessing the quality of steam emission silencers, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise reduction of the pipeline blowing muffler meets the requirements of the "Noise Hygiene Standards for Industrial Enterprises."
2. The adaptability of pipeline purge silencers (i.e., suitable for low to mid-frequency spectrum, broad bandwidth, and high temperature and pressure conditions).
3. Structural performance of pipeline blowing mufflers (Reasonable dimensions, low cost, long lifespan, etc.)
II. Main Technical Features:
(1) High noise attenuation, typically up to about 40dB(A).
(2) Capable of withstanding intense impacts from various industrial waste materials and expelling them smoothly; operates normally under harsh working conditions without affecting the steam flow through the blow pipe.
(3) Easy installation.
Pipe cleaning muffler, with the continuous increase of power plant boiler units, before the installation or maintenance of thermal power generation units, it is necessary to remove rust, slag, and other industrial debris from the internal pipes of the superheater and reheater systems to ensure the economic operation of the unit. To thoroughly clean the piping, the blowing process may need to be repeated dozens, even hundreds of times, over several days or more. During the blowing process, the intense steam turbulence noise is caused by high-speed airflow ejected from the pipe end, impacting and shearing the surrounding static air, resulting in significant gas disturbances near the nozzle, producing aeroacoustic noise with a level as high as 160dB(A) or more. The larger the unit capacity, the greater the aeroacoustic noise. The jet noise is a continuous, mid-high-frequency noise band, severely affecting the lives, work, and study of residents within a radius of several square kilometers, particularly posing serious harm to human physical and mental health. To eliminate the severe noise hazard caused by the unit blowing process, it is essential to install a blowing muffler at the end of the blowing pipe. The TC type pipe cleaning muffler is an effective noise reduction device for mitigating the severe noise hazard caused by the unit blowing process.

Section 3: Ordering and Selection of Pipeline Blowing Down Silencers
Our factory's pipeline blowdown silencers are meticulously designed according to the user's discharge target and requirements. To achieve significant noise reduction, the product must be compatible with the discharge target and parameters. Therefore, when ordering a silencer, the following information is required:
(1) Steam emission amount (T/h), as well as pressure and temperature.
(2) Application (e.g., for boiler steam flow or valve emissions, etc.)
(3) Exhaust pipe outer diameter, wall thickness
