I. Overview
Evaporative air cooler, utilizing the evaporation of spray water, carries out the cooling and heat exchange of the circulating medium inside the tube through the air exhausted outside the tower, with the circulating medium completely isolated from the outside environment.
Due to the vaporization of the spray water, a large amount of steam mixes with the air, increasing humidity. This requires a powerful exhaust fan, also known as a blower, to remove the saturated, high-humidity, and high-enthalpy air from the tower. On the surface, it is the cooling of air, along with the evaporation of spray water, commonly referred to as an evaporative air cooler, sometimes also called an evaporative cooler.

II. Working Principle
1. Latent Heat of Vaporization: Essentially the same as closed-loop cooling towers, relies on the evaporation of spray water outside the heat exchange tubes to absorb latent heat of vaporization, carrying away the thermal energy of the industrial circulating water medium inside the enclosed heat exchange tubes.
2. Interwall Heat Exchange: Sprayed water and air are completely isolated from the circulating medium, with no contact at all. It only exchanges heat without contact.

III. Key Advantages
1. Non-evaporative: Only cooling, no evaporation or consumption. The circulating medium is completely isolated from the external air, with no contact at all. There is no evaporation loss of the medium or entry of impurities, ensuring the stability of the internal medium composition.
2. Non-scaling: As there is no evaporation, the concentration of scaling ions like calcium, magnesium, and sulfate in the medium remains unchanged, hence scaling does not occur.
3. Easy Maintenance: All coils are fully visible for convenient maintenance and easy repairs.
4. The equipment features four-sided air intake with low air resistance, reducing the fan power.

Section 4: Application Scenarios
Commonly used in heavy industries such as iron and steel metallurgy, casting smelting, petrochemicals, chemical light industry, machinery, and electricity, these are non-scaling, reduce evaporation, and are often used for desalinated water and pure water cooling. They cool within sealed heat exchange pipes, completely isolated from external atmospheric air.
1. Iron and Steel Metallurgy: Blast furnaces, continuous casting and rolling, crystallizers, air compressors, etc.
2. Large-scale Casting: Melting furnaces, inverters, quenching fluids, etc.
