Important Considerations for Polycarbonate Greenhouse Construction: Ventilation in greenhouses should be attended to: the density difference between the inside and outside air, caused by the temperature difference, drives the exchange of air; the pressure distribution of the wind outside the greenhouse drives the air movement. The location of the greenhouse is crucial; if the ventilation conditions at the greenhouse site are good, it is easy to achieve the exchange of air currents inside and outside the greenhouse, which plays an active role in ventilation and cooling.

Greenhouse Structure: The greenhouse is structurally stable, with an elegant and spacious design, offering unobstructed views, good insulation, moderate light transmission rate, large rainwater troughs, truss structures, and ample drainage capacity. The greenhouse frame is made of rectangular and square tubes, which are welded to form beams, columns, purlins, and trusses. Both the roof and walls often use PC panels (polycarbonate panels) for enclosure, allowing for unrestricted spatial arrangement inside. Inside the greenhouse, cooling systems with water curtains are hung, which, when the indoor temperature is high, are pumped up and slowly flow down through the curtains to cool the room. Ceiling fans distributed throughout the greenhouse can also be adjusted to control the temperature.

The greenhouse's shading system, consisting of external shading, internal shading, and internal insulation, is all controlled by computer. The weather station system on the greenhouse's exterior allows for real-time monitoring of wind direction and temperature. The configuration of the greenhouse shading system is beneficial in reducing heat accumulation within the greenhouse, with the overall temperature under the shading canopy significantly lower than that directly exposed to the sun in open fields.

Exterior shading is more effective in cooling than interior shading. Similarly, the cooling effect of different structural designs in exterior shading systems varies significantly for greenhouses.
