Established in 2000 through the transformation of the Cangzhou Helical Steel Pipe Factory (founded in 1994), it is a shareholding company, a large second-grade enterprise, and a key metallurgical enterprise in Hebei Province. The company covers an area of 350,000 square meters, with a total asset of 0.68 billion yuan. It currently employs 680 people, including 10% with various professional titles. The company currently operates thirteen spiral steel pipe production lines, specializing in the production of double-sided submerged arc-welded spiral steel pipes with diameters ranging from Φ219 to Φ3600mm and wall thicknesses from 6 to 30mm. Our anti-corrosion factory is capable of handling exterior anti-corrosion projects for steel pipes, including double-layer polyethylene (2PE) and triple-layer polyethylene (3PE), single and double-layer fused epoxy powder (FBE), double-layer polypropylene (2PP) and triple-layer polypropylene (3PP), epoxy coal tar enamel coatings, and insulation. We also provide internal anti-corrosion services for cement mortar pipe interiors and plastic coated pipes, offering a variety of internal coating structures. We adhere to standards such as GB/T23257, GB/T23258, DIN 30670, 30671, SY/T0413, SY/T0315, SY/T0442, SY/T0457, and SY0447.
