1. Colored asphalt pavement
Color asphalt pavements are made by decolorizing ordinary asphalt, then adding various pigments to create colored asphalt. It is mixed with natural colored aggregates and laid out. They boast bright and durable colors, excellent sound absorption capabilities, and good elasticity and flexibility. Since colored asphalt retains the good properties of ordinary asphalt, construction can proceed using the same methods and machinery as for ordinary asphalt.
2. Colorful anti-slip pavement
The colored anti-slip road surface enhances and maintains the anti-slip (wear-resistant) properties of these areas. To achieve this, high-gloss aggregate is bonded to the road surface using adhesive, creating an elastic surface structure; it features high bonding strength, waterproofing, anti-slip properties, and excellent corrosion resistance.
That's the difference between colored asphalt pavements and colored anti-slip pavements. Both are suitable for locations prone to traffic accidents, such as ramps, pedestrian bridges, bike lanes, sidewalks, parking lots, highways, intersections, junctions, pedestrian crossings, and roundabouts.
