Elevators are equipment used for vertical transportation, primarily applied in construction sites, stages, and similar locations. During the daily operation of elevators, situations involving high-altitude work may arise, and some construction sites also face the need to transport goods at high elevations. In such cases, how can one meet work requirements while also addressing high-altitude safety concerns? The emergence of elevators has caught the attention of many.
During the installation of the goods elevator, it is noted that there is no need for elevator shaft installation, thus making the installation cost relatively low. This should not be a concern, as it also offers enhanced safety. With the installation device in place, there is no need to worry about safety issues during operation. Therefore, when in use, there are no safety concerns to worry about.
Elevators facilitate vertical operations, providing a safe and stable platform for high-altitude work, ensuring our safety. Elevators play a crucial role not only in production but also in our daily lives.
To ensure the normal operation of the elevator, extend its service life, enhance operational efficiency, reduce malfunctions, and conserve resources, the following regulations are hereby established:
Firstly, the ladder key should be kept by the security guard. If needed, please contact the security guard to turn on the power.
No smoking or littering in the freight elevator; maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
In order to transport more goods, one person must hold down the safety touch panel or press the delay door close button, while the other person must handle the goods to prevent the repeated opening and closing of the elevator door.
Four: Transport goods using a handcart. Exercise caution while entering and exiting. Avoid hitting the car door and sedan to prevent damaging the elevator.
No flammable or explosive hazardous materials are permitted to be carried into the freight elevator.
Six, for transporting large quantities of goods (total volume of 0.8 cubic meters or weight exceeding 30KG), the goods ladder can be used. The goods ladder is to be unlocked by the warehouse supervisor and supervised by the warehouse supervisor after it is closed.
Seven, foreign suppliers are not allowed to use their own forklifts. If the volume of supply is large (total volume of 1 cubic meter or weight exceeding 50KG), prior notice can be given to the warehouse administrator for approval by the factory director. Safety personnel will monitor in real-time. Upon use, the power should be immediately turned off.
Section 8: Non-production materials (such as water, paper products, etc.) unrelated to factory production personnel or delivery shall not be used.
If the elevator is damaged due to negligence, the user shall compensate for the corresponding damage costs.
If the elevator stops unexpectedly, please press the alarm inside or use the intercom to remain calm and wait for maintenance personnel to assist.
When using the elevator, strict adherence to instructions and safety regulations is mandatory.
