Properties:

Usage:
Emulsifiers; Potassium fortifiers; Alkaline water for making pasta products; Flavorings; Meat binders; Buffering agents; Antioxidant enhancers; Chelating agents. Used in meat products, non-carbonated beverages, fruit and vegetable peeling, low-concentration milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream, powdered milk, processed cheese, and more.
