The glass fiber reinforced plastic purification tower should be installed on a concrete foundation that is at least 100mm above ground level.

2. Caution: Protect during transportation and installation to prevent damage to the body and components.

3. The glass fiber purification tower is installed and operates outdoors. During winter, attention should be paid to preventing freezing at the bottom pool area.

4. During the installation of fans, it is crucial to prevent any debris from falling into the fan. After the purification tower is installed, a thorough check and removal of debris and dirt from all circulation systems and other areas should be conducted before the trial run to avoid any blocking incidents.

5. Due to the flammability of general fiberglass, the installation and maintenance of acid mist purification towers must strictly prohibit the use of open flames. Ensure all flanges are sealed to prevent gas leakage and liquid spillage.

6. The glass fiber purification tower uses a sodium hydroxide solution as the absorbent, with the concentration maintained between 6%. If the sodium hydroxide solution concentration falls below 4%, it is mandatory to replenish the solution. The waste liquid inside the purification tower should be replaced regularly based on actual conditions.

The purification tower must be supervised by a responsible person, regularly checking if the fans are operating normally, if the pumps are functioning properly, if the liquid level is normal, and whether the sodium hydroxide solution is within the specified range. If any issues are identified, they should be addressed promptly.

8. The acid mist purification tower is filled with absorbent liquid through the addition tank. During operation, the liquid level should be adjusted to the level of the inlet. After the acid mist purification tower is in operation, the liquid level should be refilled to the inlet level once more. It is important to replenish the absorbent liquid during use. The water level should be checked and the absorbent liquid replenished every 8 hours while the tower is in operation.

9. When in use, pre-operate the circulating pump for 2-3 minutes before turning on the blower. When shutting down, turn off the blower for 1-2 minutes before stopping the circulating pump.

10. Regularly inspect the liquid acidity level and gas purification degree in the glass fiber purification tower according to usage. If the levels exceed the standard, replace the absorbent liquid in the acid mist purification tower.
