Maintenance of别墅elevators
1. Routine maintenance involves observing, inspecting, and conducting simple tests on equipment and its operating status through the eyes, ears, nose, hands, and body of maintenance personnel. It aims to identify and resolve potential faults in a timely manner. Routine maintenance is typically performed every two weeks.
Regular maintenance involves thorough inspections, repairs, replacements, and adjustments of certain parts of operating equipment to ensure that the inspected areas meet the necessary standards, fundamentally guaranteeing the inherent quality of the equipment. Generally, a regular maintenance session is conducted once a month.
