(1) The barrel injection molding machine has the same structure as the conventional injection molding machine, but with a lower injection pressure. The screw screen aspect ratio can be small, but an excessively high shrinkage ratio is not desirable.
(2) Molds include injection molds and blow molding molds. The specifications and processing requirements for molds used in injection molding processes and for standard injection molding molds are identical, but the cores must be hollow to allow compressed air passage. Blow molding molds are identical to extrusion blow molding molds.
(3) Demolding and installation differ from extrusion blow molding; after the blow molding process is complete, open the blow molding mold, transport the core mold with the formed product to the demolding installation, and separate the product from the core mold using a demolding template.

The main raw materials for pallet boxes are generally a mixture of low-density polyethylene pipe resins or polyethylene sheet resins, while large containers consume primarily polyethylene sheet resins and high-molecular-weight polyethylene pipe resins.
