1. Due to the high torque of the sand and gravel separator, it is recommended to install the machine on a concrete foundation. The foundation is equipped with pre-buried welding pieces for easy installation. The depth and area of the foundation are calculated separately based on the soil conditions. The recommended weight of the foundation is approximately three times the weight of the machine. Please refer to the foundation drawing for the installation dimensions.

After installation, check if the reducer's large and small gears have shifted, and whether the gap between the water tank and the large drum is consistent. Adjust accordingly and then securely weld the machine to the foundation.

3. Apply lubricant and adjust the oil level, typically to 50% below the shaft center.

4. After the machine installation and adjustment are completed, conduct a trial run. The unloaded test should meet the following requirements: ①Continuous operation for 2 hours, ②All fasteners should be secure with no signs of loosening, ③There should be no abnormal noises from the reducer or gear box.

5. In addition to meeting the requirements of the no-load test run, the load test run should also comply with the following: ① During feeding, avoid causing severe impact to the water tank with the material, do not overfeed or fill the tank excessively to prevent damage to the bucket wheel and the machine body. ② The material feeding rate should conform to the design specifications.
