Equipment Working Principle: 1. Utilizing high-energy, high-ozone ultraviolet light beams to decompose oxygen molecules in the air into free oxygen, also known as active oxygen. Due to the unbalanced positive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. UV O2 → O- O* (active oxygen) + O + O2 → O3 (ozone). As is well-known, ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter and can eliminate odors and刺激性smells instantly. Organic gases are introduced into this purification equipment via exhaust ventilation, where they undergo a synergistic decomposition and oxidation reaction using high-energy ultraviolet light beams and ozone. This converts the organic gas substances into low-molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, which are then expelled outdoors through the exhaust ducts. 2. Catalyst (titanium dioxide) generates highly reactive superoxide anion radicals and hydroxyl radicals when exposed to ultraviolet light, which attack organic matter to achieve degradation. Titanium dioxide is a non-leachable material; while it decomposes organic pollutants and sterilizes, it does not decompose or leach itself. It has a long-lasting photocatalytic effect and persistent sterilization and pollutant degradation properties. Performance Features of UV Photo-Oxidation Catalytic Purification Equipment: 1.
