Catalytic Combustion Equipment

Working Principle:

Catalytic Combustion Unit (RCO): Initially passes through a dedusting and flame-retardant system. Then it enters the heat exchanger, followed by the heating chamber to reach the combustion reaction temperature. Through the action of the catalyst bed, the organic waste gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. It then enters the heat exchanger for heat exchange with low-temperature gas, raising the incoming gas temperature to the reaction temperature. If the reaction temperature is not reached, the heating system can compensate through an automatic control system. By using the catalyst as an intermediate, the organic gases are converted into harmless water and carbon dioxide gases at lower temperatures.
