Zeolite Concentration Wheel and Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) Systems are the waste gas treatment units chosen by our company based on years of engineering experience, suitable for low concentration and high-volume organic emissions. The system primarily consists of pretreatment equipment, a zeolite concentration wheel, an RTO, fans, chimneys, and more. System Principle: It primarily utilizes the porous adsorption properties of zeolite molecular sieve to adsorb and concentrate organic matter. The concentrated organic matter is then oxidized and decomposed into harmless CO2 and H2O through the RTO at high temperatures (≥750℃), converting the C and H compounds in the organic components. Zeolite Wheel Adsorption and Concentration Equipment Product Features Zeolite Concentrate Wheel Units are suitable for concentrating and adsorbing treatment of low-concentration, high-volume volatile organic compounds. They offer unique advantages in continuous stable operation, treatment air volume, exhaust gas concentration, and emission concentration. The Zeolite Concentrate Wheel Units have low pressure loss, high adsorption performance, minimal loss, and low operating costs. With excellent adsorption properties, a large specific surface area, and continuous stable operation, they exhibit good desorption performance. They have low energy consumption, high reliability, and a designed performance, with a filtration efficiency of ≥95%. Zeolite Wheel Adsorption Concentration Equipment System Advantages 1. High purification efficiency, ≥95% 2. Zeolite is non-combustible and has high stability. 3. Low consumables, low equipment maintenance required 4. The equipment has a high air volume handling capacity with a small footprint. 5. Concentration ratio up to 20:1, low operating costs 6. Low CO2 emissions, no secondary pollution generated 7. Desorption temperature up to 220°C, zeolite long lifespan 8. Continuous desorption and treatment of pollutants, with no pressure fluctuations Operating Principle: VOCs emissions are effectively adsorbed in the zeolite after passing through a hydrophobic zeolite concentrator wheel, achieving removal. The clean gas of volatile organic compounds adsorbed by zeolite is directly emitted into the atmosphere through the chimney. The wheel rotates at a speed of 1-6 rpm per hour, simultaneously transferring the adsorbed volatile organic compounds to the desorption zone. A small amount of heated gas is used in the desorption zone to desorb the volatile organic compounds, after which the zeolite wheel rotates back to the adsorption zone, continuously adsorbing volatile organic gases. The desorbed concentrated organic waste gases are sent to a furnace for combustion, converting them into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are then emitted into the atmosphere.
