1. Dust Removal Equipment for Dried Tobacco Introduction As the scale of welding production continues to expand, a significant amount of welding materials is consumed, and the issue of occupational health and environmental protection in welding and metal cutting production has been brought to the forefront. In the past, China has not given enough attention to the environmental and health aspects of welding, and welding-related occupational diseases have become an undeniable serious issue. Equipment Operating Principle Dust is drawn into the system by the vacuum created by the purifier through an intake hood, then fed into the chamber via a flexible intake arm. The slower airflow causes larger particles to settle out. The air containing fine dust is then directed into the purification room, where the dust separation is achieved through the separation action of filter sleeves. The dust is trapped by the filter core on its surface. The purified air is exhausted through a fan. When dust accumulates on the filter core surface, the filter sleeves are removed and manually cleaned at regular intervals. Dirty air is collected through the suction port and enters the filter. First, a steel baffle alters the air flow direction, causing the air to move, and then it enters the filter chamber, thus avoiding direct impact on the filter core. After passing through a filter tube with PTFE film for separation, the clean air is exhausted to the outside through a sound-dampening system, completing the filtration process. The dust particles separated by the filter tube with PTFE film fall into the dust container under the automatic cleaning function of the filter core for collection. 3. The working principle of the bag dust collector is as follows: Dusty gas enters the filter chamber through an open flange at the bottom. Coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bags, with dust trapped on the bag surface. The clean gas exits through the bag mouth into the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. As the dust on the outside of the filter bags continuously accumulates, the programmable instrument begins to operate, sequentially opening pulse valves. Compressed air is then blown through the nozzles to clean the filter bags, causing them to suddenly contract. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface is rapidly dislodged and falls into the ash hopper, from where it is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
