GW-B Series Steel Reinforcement Bending Tester

The rebar bending tester is a specialized equipment used for cold bending tests and plane reverse bending tests on rebar. Its main technical parameters comply with GB/T 1499.2 "Steel tubes for reinforced concrete - Part 2: Hot-rolled ribbed rebar" and YB/T 5126 "Test plan for plane reverse bending of rebars" as well as the provisions and requirements for cold bending tests and plane reverse bending tests in ISO 10065. This equipment is an ideal testing device for steel mills and construction units to inspect the bending properties of rebars in both directions.

YGBW SeriesHorizontal Rebar Bending Testing Machine

The horizontal bending tester for steel is used for bending tests on metal bars, tubes, plates, and threaded steel for construction, to determine their bending plasticity and bending ability. The tester complies with relevant standards such as GB/T 232 "Testing Methods for Metal Materials - Bending Test", GB/T 244 "Testing Methods for Metal Tubes - Bending Test", GB 13788 "Cold-rolled Ribbed Reinforcing Steel", and JC/T 446 "Concrete Paving Tiles". It is a commonly used equipment for material property inspection and research by metallurgical departments, scientific research institutions, quality inspection departments, and relevant enterprises.

The machine features a horizontal structure, with the hydraulic station integrated into the main unit. It is primarily composed of support rollers, bending cores, and press rolls. The main components include the main cylinder, hydraulic station, base, and electrical control system. The bending press rolls are adjusted synchronously by means of a manual dual-thread screw, allowing for the adjustment of the spacing between the support rollers. When a sample requires a 180° bend, the main cylinder can first push the bending core press roll for pre-bending, followed by the motor driving the side pressure plate to bend the sample to 180°. The operation is convenient and efficient.

2. GW-G Series Pipe Bending Testing Machine

The pipe bending tester is a specialized equipment for performing process bending tests on steel pipes. Its main technical parameters meet the requirements of the latest national standard GB/T 232 "Testing Methods for Metal Materials Bending" Article 7.3 regarding the test speed of (1±0.2) mm/s, allowing for real-time digital display of the bending angle corresponding to the displacement, facilitating users in completing tests at various bending angles. 3. YGB Series Vertical Three-Cylinder Bending Test Machine

This machine is developed in accordance with the national standards GB/T 232 and YB/T 5126. It is capable of bending steel plates and rebars.
