Spherical Grid Construction Plan
1. Project Overview and Overall Deployment
The grid structure is designed in a regular tetrahedron shape, utilizing bolted ball joints, common steel pipes, and horizontal supports焊接 on both sides.
The grid structure features a polycarbonate roof, utilizes a single-direction inward drainage system with small pillars for slope finding, and the gutters are made of 6mm thick steel plate.
2. Primary Construction Plan and Technical Measures
The project construction is divided into two stages: factory production and on-site construction and installation. From the contract's effective date until the installation in the factory, the construction site should have the necessary scaffolding in place and ensure the living and construction preparation for the installation team.
On-site preparations are being made for the construction team's water, electricity, and land (building) requirements, addressing issues related to material hoisting and storage, resolving the living conditions for the construction crew, and coordinating with the client to plan the work at the site.
3. Construction Deployment
Preparation for construction workface
Survey and Stakeout Work:
Review the surrounding axis dimensions.
b. Recheck the elevation control dimensions of each bearing surface.
c. Conduct pre-construction treatment for columns with excessive super elevation to ensure the supporting elevation meets the specifications.
Scaffold Inspection:
Inspect scaffolding, remove protruding uprights that affect construction from the work surface, ensuring they meet the assembly requirements.
B. Construction personnel are divided into two trades: installers and welders, who work together under the unified leadership of the team leader to ensure the smooth completion of the construction tasks.
4. Raw Material Supply and Quality Assurance
Our raw materials are sourced from reputable suppliers with a consistent track record of reliable quality. Upon arrival, in addition to requiring original factory quality inspection certificates, we conduct random re-inspection to ensure quality control at the raw material level.
5. Packaging and Transportation
All mesh components are packaged before shipment, with rod parts bundled. The finished bolts and spheres are packed in plastic bags and then placed in iron baskets. All components are properly packaged, labeled, and stacked in the warehouse. Care is taken during transportation to prevent loss or damage. A certificate of quality is issued for all mesh components upon delivery.
Construction Quality Assurance
Technicians and quality supervisors, upon arrival at the site, conducted axis and levelness inspections of the civil support surface (i.e., elevation measurement), meticulously recording data at each level.
During the installation process, quality inspectors must promptly verify the installation position of each net girder and ball, ensuring the correct installation angle. Any issues should be corrected immediately. Pay attention to checking that high-strength bolts are properly tightened. After completing each span, inspect for deformation, i.e., flatness and verticality. After installing each column spacing, promptly align the axis position and adjust any issues to prevent error accumulation beyond the construction requirements. Ensure that each span installed is up to standard. For the welding of supports, pay attention to leveling the transition plate and pre-fitted parts, and ensure the welds maintain strength.
During the quality inspection process, the inspectors demonstrate diligence and responsibility, adhering to strict standards to ensure the construction quality. Upon identifying issues, the inspectors must address them promptly and conduct thorough re-inspection post-resolution, while maintaining detailed quality inspection records and summaries.
Upon completion of the installation, the company's quality control personnel conducted an inspection of the entire project. They carried out self-inspection work in accordance with construction specifications and procedures, organized construction documents, kept records, summarized construction experience, and assisted the client, design, supervision, and quality inspection departments in the acceptance process.
Quality Management Measures
The management of construction quality should permeate the entire process of grid construction, which is the core task of quality management. Technical guidance from engineers and inspection supervision by quality inspectors should be conducted concurrently with the grid construction. After each span is completed, a temporary support column should be added, and the span should be inspected for any issues, which should be addressed promptly. At the end of the day, the team leader should prepare a work summary, construction diary, and arrange for the next day's work preparations.
