Product Description

The brand's diving jet is assembled with German diving motor sealing technology. After years of practical exploration, its overall performance has reached the level of similar foreign products due to its innovations in form, structure, and testing methods.

The QJB type submerged mixer is divided into two main series: mixing and low-speed push flow.

The Mixed Series Agitators are suitable for mixing suspended liquid in wastewater treatment plants and industrial processes.

Low-speed Turbulator Series Mixers are suitable for aeration basins and oxidation ditches in industrial and urban sewage treatment plants, including AAO tanks, A2O tanks, anaerobic tanks, and anoxic tanks. They generate strong water currents with low tangential flow, which can be used for circulation and to create water currents during the nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages.

  Application Range:

The mixer should be able to operate continuously under the following conditions:

1. Medium temperature not exceeding 40°C.

2. The medium's pH value is between 5~9.

3. Liquid density not exceeding 1150 kg/m³3;

4. Long-term underwater operation, with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20 meters.

Key Points of Attention:

The submersible mixer must be fully submerged in water during operation; it cannot be used in environments with flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive liquids. The steel expansion bolts must be securely fastened according to specifications, and the cable must be tightened and secured after installation.

When selecting a diving propeller, if the blade diameter exceeds 2M, it is recommended to use a gear box reducer.

2. The impeller features an excellent hydraulic design structure, high work efficiency, and the backward-curved blades have self-cleaning capabilities, preventing debris entanglement and blockage.

4. Motor winding with F-grade insulation, IP68 protection rating, and selected bearings with anti-condensation devices for the motor, ensuring safer operation.

5. Two mechanical seals; the mechanical seals are sealed with silicon carbide material, and the rubber material is fluoroelastomer.

It generates a strong water flow with low tangential velocity, which can be used for pond water circulation and to create water flow during the nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages.

Selection Considerations:

Selecting a submersible flow accelerator is a complex task; the correctness of the selection directly affects the normal operation of the equipment. The principle of selection is to ensure that the mixer performs full mixing function in a suitable volume, generally determined by the flow rate. According to the different process requirements of wastewater treatment plants, the flow rate of the mixer should be maintained between 0.15~0.3m/s. If the flow rate is below 0.15m/s, the push-mixing effect cannot be achieved, and if it exceeds 0.3m/s, it may affect the process effectiveness and lead to waste. Therefore, before selection, it's crucial to first determine the application site of the submersible mixer, such as: wastewater pond, sludge pond, biochemical pond; followed by the medium parameters, such as: suspended solids content, viscosity, temperature, pH value; and also the shape and depth of the pond.

The required matching power for a mixer is determined by the volume, the density of the mixing liquid, and the depth of mixing, with one or more mixers chosen based on the specific circumstances.

  Low-speed Turbulent Flow Type:

1. Determine the tank type correction coefficient for the mixing tank based on Figure B1 or Table B1.

2. Determine the sludge correction factor for the medium to be mixed based on Figure B2 or Table B2.

3. Determine the unit flow energy consumption based on the initial flow velocity of the stirring medium y, as shown in Figure B3.

4. Calculate the blender's flow rate by multiplying the initial flow velocity of the mixing medium (y) by the cross-sectional area formed by the impeller's rotation.

5. Multiply the flow rate of the mixer by the power consumption per unit flow, then by the sludge correction factor and the pond type correction factor to obtain the total power required for the entire pond medium.
