Structure and Working Principle:
This machine consists of grating teeth, grating shafts, and chain plates to form a grating, replacing the traditional grating bars. The grating rotates within the frame, effectively trapping and separating suspended solids from the wastewater, resulting in high efficiency, stable operation, and minimal water level difference before and after the grating, as well as reduced clogging. It is suitable for both coarse and fine grating applications. The grating teeth can be made of engineering plastic or stainless steel, while the shafts and chain plates are made of stainless steel, significantly enhancing the overall corrosion resistance of the grating. Smaller gap gratings are generally best suited for stainless steel grating teeth. The equipment operates by the rake teeth lifting debris from the grating surface to the outlet, and when the rake teeth reverse direction, the debris falls off due to gravity and drops into the conveyor or waste bin, for subsequent removal or further processing.

Operation and Maintenance Precautions:
Operation Precautions
Pre-launch Inspection
① The turntable mechanical grate has fixed-end structures at both ends of the grate rods. However, improper handling during transportation and handling can cause the rod ends to disengage from the fixed seats. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect and confirm that each grate is securely in place before starting the machine. If any grate rod has its end disengaged from the fixed seat, insert the end into the corresponding hole of the fixed seat. Pay attention not to place more than two grate rods between adjacent tines.
② Grille bars must not bend or deform.
③ The revolving mechanical grating teeth can freely rotate between the grate bars.
④ Check the tension of the chain. Although it has been adjusted at the factory, improper handling during transportation and handling may cause incorrect tension. Please adjust according to the (daily maintenance precautions) at this time.

2. Startup Precautions
① To avoid the reverse of the reducer, as reversal can damage the teeth and rods of the rotating mechanical grating. Before starting, first start the motor to confirm that the rotation direction is consistent with the directional arrow symbol, then start the motor. If reversal is detected, adjust the motor wiring and restart the motor to confirm the correct direction.
② Ensure the rotating mechanical grating teeth move smoothly in the correct gap of the grating rod.

Daily Maintenance Precautions:
1. Chains: Initial wear leads to elongation. After approximately 30 days of operation, inspect the tension and adjust as follows:
Confirm the parallelism of the chain and the chain sprocket.
Check the tightness of the inspection chain.
Press the chain between the two axles with your fingers to measure its tension. If you cannot feel any slack, the chain is too tight. If the slack exceeds 20mm, the chain is too loose.
Adjustment: Loosen the reducer's fastening bolts, move the reducer longitudinally to adjust the chain tension to an appropriate level, and then secure the reducer's fastening bolts after confirming that the two sprockets are parallel.

2. Lubrication: For the Y series 380V self-cooled waterproof motor, which has a power of 120W, you should add 10 grams of 50-grade oil to the lubrication port of the reducer with an oil gun after approximately 100 hours of use. It is mandatory to disassemble, inspect, and clean it once a year thereafter. 50-grade oil should also be added during installation.
3. When not in use for a long time: Operate 1 to 2 times every week, each time for 5 minutes.
