Structure and Working Principle:
This machine consists of grate teeth, grate shafts, and chain plates to form a grate, replacing the traditional grate bars. The grate rotates within the frame, effectively intercepting and continuously separating suspended solids from the wastewater, resulting in high work efficiency, smooth operation, and minimal water level difference before and after the grate, as well as being less prone to clogging. Suitable for both coarse and fine grating applications, the grate teeth in the grate can be made of engineering plastic or stainless steel, while the grate shafts and chain plates are made of stainless steel, significantly enhancing the overall corrosion resistance of the grate. Generally, smaller gap grates are best suited for stainless steel grate teeth. The machine's operation uses rake teeth to lift debris trapped on the grate from bottom to top to the discharge point. As the rake teeth reverse direction from top to bottom, the debris falls off due to gravity and falls into the conveyor or waste bin, then it can be transported out or further processed.

Key Features:
Low noise, compact structure, and smooth operation.
2. The racks feature an integrated frame structure, offering high rigidity, easy installation, and minimal daily maintenance effort.
3. The equipment is easy to operate, allowing direct on-site or remote control of its operation.

Operation and Maintenance Precautions:
Operation Precautions
Pre-start Inspection
① The rotational mechanical grating格栅 rods have a fixed-end structure, but improper handling during transportation and handling can cause the rod ends to disengage from the fixed seats. Therefore, it is essential to inspect and confirm that each grating is securely in place before starting the machine. If any rods have their tails disconnected from the fixed seats, the tails should be reinserted into the corresponding holes of the seats. Additionally, it is important not to place more than two格栅 rods between adjacent tines.
② The grille bars must not be bent or deformed.
③ The rotary mechanical grate teeth can rotate freely between the grate bars.
④ Confirm the chain tension; although adjusted at the factory, improper handling during transportation and handling can lead to incorrect tension. Please adjust according to the (Daily Maintenance Precautions).

2. Start-up Precautions
① Avoid the reverse operation of the reducer, as it can damage the teeth and rods of the rotary mechanical grating. Before starting, first start the motor to confirm the rotation direction matches the directional arrow symbol, then start the machine. If reverse operation is detected, adjust the motor wiring and restart the motor to confirm the correct direction.
② Ensure the revolving mechanical grating teeth move smoothly in the correct gap of the grating rod.

Daily Maintenance Precautions:
1. Chain: Initial wear of the chain results in elongation. After approximately 30 days of operation, check its tension and adjust it as follows:
Confirm the parallelism of the chain and the chain sprocket.
② Check the tension of the inspection chain.
Press the chain with your fingers in the middle between the two axles to measure its tension. If no slack can be felt, the chain is too tight; if the slack exceeds 20mm, the chain is too loose.
Adjustment: Loosen the reducer's fastening bolts, move the reducer longitudinally to adjust the chain tension to an appropriate level, and then re-tighten the bolts after confirming that the two sprockets are parallel.

2. Add Oil: For the Y series 380V self-cooled waterproof reducer motor with a power of 120W, add 10 grams of 50-grade oil to the reducer's oil filling port using an oil gun after approximately 100 hours of operation. It is necessary to disassemble, inspect, and clean the motor once a year thereafter. Add 50-grade oil during installation as well.
3. When not in use for a long period: Operate 1-2 times every week, each for 5 minutes.
