The QJB-W type sludge回流 pump is an improved product based on the submerged mixer production technology. It is an equipment for mixing liquid回流 and denitrification in secondary wastewater treatment plants, and can also be used for pumping purified water during ground drainage; irrigation and control of waterway systems; and in micro-head, high-flow situations during the recycling process in wastewater treatment or sludge suction circuits.
Terms of Use:
1. During continuous operation, the medium temperature does not exceed 40°C.
2. Medium pH range is 6-9.
3. Greater submersion depth of 10m.

1. Cable: The cable is made of a specially designed watertight cable.
2. Terminal Box: The terminal box is fully enclosed and isolated from the surrounding liquids and the stator box.
3. Motor: 50Hz squirrel-cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, F-grade insulation, protection class IP68. Motor is cooled by the surrounding medium.
4. Axle: The motor's axle is made of stainless steel and the rotor undergoes dynamic balancing tests.
5. Sealing: Static sealing is achieved with an O-ring. Axial sealing is mechanical, isolating the oil chamber from surrounding media.
6、Oil chamber: The oil is used for lubricating and cooling the mechanical sealing friction pairs, as well as isolating the penetration fluid.
7. Impeller: The impeller features three blades, which are wide and thin with a smooth, swept-back surface for unimpeded rotation and self-cleaning capabilities.
8. Imported Conical Tubes: The purpose of the imported conical tubes is to achieve a better flow state.
9. Drain Connector: The drain connector is used to secure the imported cone tube to the outlet pipe.
10. Guiding Device: The guiding device consists of two tubes (conduits) and the upper tube clamp.

2. The sludge recycle pump is equipped with an automatic coupling installation system, allowing for quick and easy access for inspection and maintenance without any mechanical disassembly. Installation is convenient and fast.
3. This equipment requires pre-burial only for the through-wall pipe. The guide rods and lifting frame are connected to the pool using steel expansion bolts, no pre-burial parts are needed.
4. Embedded parts and gates are procured and installed by the user; attention should be paid during the order placement.
