Glass surface is unclean, with watermarks, oil stains, fingerprints, and dust particles. The mesh bottom is stained with dust or debris. The mesh is uneven, causing the scraper to be oil-free. Add 5% defoamer to the screen printing ink, and then proceed with screen printing after the ink has fully reacted. The color also incurs a one-time fee. There are two types of inks: self-drying and UV. Self-drying ink is prone to fading over time and can be wiped off with alcohol. UV ink on cosmetic packaging bottles has a noticeable raised texture that is difficult to remove.
