It is widely used, primarily in packaging, construction, and curtain walls. So, how can the quality of patterned aluminum sheet annealing be inspected?

1. Identification Inspection: The patterned aluminum sheets we commonly see are all marked with identification, which includes the product's standard code and license number.

2. Oxide Film Thickness: This requires the use of a professional eddy current thickness gauge for measurement.

3. Surface Quality Inspection: When examining the surface of patterned aluminum sheets, it's not just cleanliness that matters. We need to look for more, such as checking for any cracks or signs of corrosion in the aluminum panels, which require careful observation to detect.
