Note the following issues when performing re-welding on grouted steel pipes:
Prior to welding, our welders must ensure they are properly equipped with professional welding protective gear, including welding helmets, gloves, work clothes, and insulated shoes. Safety is paramount in the manufacturing process of the grouting pipe factory.
During the re-welding of grouting pipes, it is necessary to first strike an arc with the electric welder. When striking an arc, one must not arc on the base material of the grouting pipe, as specified in the standard. During re-welding, the welder can initially use a small iron plate nearby to strike the arc and adjust the current. For re-welding of two weld seam defects with a spacing less than 100mm, we should treat them as a continuous single weld seam defect for re-welding. For the re-welding of short-distance grouting pipes, the small length to be repaired is 50mm, meaning if the weld seam defect length is 30mm, we should re-weld it to a length of 50mm.
